For online booking, find your area on the map and then select your location and preferred date of service below. We will contact you to confirm your appointment the day before your service. If you’re outside of our service area please contact us to see if we can help you.

We understand our clients needs and value your trust in our service. This is why we offer straightforward and transparent pricing across the board, no matter the condition or age of your fireplace.

Service visits are a flat fee of $299 plus tax on any single-sided gas fireplace up to 6 feet in length, and $349 plus tax on any multi-sided gas fireplace up to 6 feet in length. Additional fireplaces in the same home are only $199 each, so be sure to take advantage of that special pricing if you have multiple fireplaces in your home.

Our service fee includes diagnostics, repair, and cleaning. Additional charges may apply if your fireplace requires new parts or if you choose to purchase any accessories, although all labor will be covered by the initial service fee.

Please contact us before scheduling if your fireplace was manufactured by Ortal, Flare, Da Vinci, European Home, Stellar or is a premium model of Heat n Glo such as the Primo, or Montigo Prodigy or C/R series. These fireplaces often take extra time and care when servicing so we want to quote and schedule this type of service with you directly.

All of our fireplace services include a 90-day parts and labor warranty.  We do not charge for return trips if they are needed for special order parts or accessories.

Please be careful when identifying your service area. Improperly scheduled jobs may need to be rescheduled for routing purposes.

If your fireplace is operational, please do NOT use it on the day of service. It may be too hot to work on and will most likely require rescheduling.
